GENERAL
⤐ Before commissioning me, please make sure you have read and agree to my terms of service below.

⤐ Commission will take 3 days - 4 weeks to finish depending on the complexity and workload. I'll inform you if I needed more time.

⤐ I will not allow my art to be on any form of NFT, AI art database, or anything similar.

⤐ I reserve the right to refuse a commission due to any reason.

✔ Can draw:
❖ Ocs
❖ Fanart
❖ Ships/Self-ship (as long as it's not problematic)

❌ Can't draw:
❖ NSFW
❖ Furries (animal ears and tails are okay)
❖ Mecha
❖ Gore (Blood is okay)

PROCESS AND REVISIONS
⤐ I will be sending you an initial sketch for approval before moving on to finish the commission.

⤐ A total of 3 revisions is allowed once the initial sketch has been sent. An additional charge of $2 will be set if revisions exceed the amount provided.

⤐ Only minor or color adjustments can be made after the sketch phase. If any mistakes are due to insufficient information provided beforehand, it will be up to me if I choose to accept the edit or not.

⤐ I will send three updates throughout the process unless discussed otherwise. These updates consist of: Sketch > Flat colors > Fully Rendered/Final Piece.

⤐ You may ask for more updates but please do not rush nor ask for daily updates.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
⤐ Payment: Full payment will be made after first sketch, once payment is receive I will continue the commission. Can accept Paypal (Through Kofi), Gcash, and occasionally accounts.

⤐ No refunds are allowed after the first WIP, except if I fail to deliver after 30 days without updates or if a set deadline has been discussed beforehand and has passed.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⤐ Requests will be reviewed and accepted depending on my workload. I will reach out once accepted and provide expectations if you're in a waitlist and also provide a timeframe since I work on first come first serve basis unless you have a specific deadline.

⤐ Please inform me if you have a specific deadline. Depending on the deadline, I might reconsider your request. If the commission is a rushed one, a fee might apply.

⤐ Finished commissions will be sent through either VGen, Email, or Google Drive whichever is preferred. Please make sure to save the commissioned piece on your personal storage after.

⤐ I will provide a watermarked version alongside a clean one. It is advised to use the watermarked one when posting on social media

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⤐ Unless discussed otherwise, all commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used for profit. Monetization and/or Commercial usage will only be allowed if the artwork is commissioned with these specific licenses.

⤐ I maintain the right to my artwork and the copyright for it and am able to showcase the art or use it as a sample on my portfolio.

⤐ Do not claim the artwork as your own nor make any changes/edits on it. Please ensure to give proper credit when using the commissioned art.

⤐ If using for gfx edits please add my watermark or ensure to still edit it on the image.
